Position Overview
The Call Center Officer will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound customer interactions through phone and digital channels. This role ensures that customers receive accurate information, support, and guidance, while contributing to overall customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer calls, understand their needs, and provide accurate information.

Handle inquiries and complaints professionally, offering timely solutions.

Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients.

Promote COPEDU PLC products and services where relevant.

Maintain compliance with company policies, service standards, and ethical guidelines.

Participate in training programs to improve product knowledge and service delivery.

Prepare periodic reports on client feedback and interaction trends.
Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree (A0) in Marketing, Project Management, or Business Administration.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer care or call center services.

Excellent communication skills in Kinyarwanda, English, and/or French.

Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries effectively.
-
Negotiation skills, integrity, and strong work ethics.
