Huming International Factory Ltd is hiring 20 Office Clerks to join our team.

Position: Office Clerk

Number of Positions: 20

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Age: 22–30 years

• Proficient in English or French

• Disciplined, reliable, and stable
• Willing and able to be deployed externally when required
• Strong learning ability and commitment to work
• Ready to work overtime when necessary
• Willing to work in and adapt to a Chinese company environment
• Long-term commitment is required (we only hire employees interested in long-term collaboration)

Skills & Competencies:

• Skilled in data entry and basic statistical analysis, mainly using Excel
• Ability to collaborate with production, finance, and sales teams
• Capable of performing basic liaison and coordination tasks

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer service support
• Invoice processing and basic office documentation
• Supporting internal and external office operations
• Assisting coordination between departments

Salary & Benefits:

• Starting salary: 100,000 – 150,000 RWF
• Salary adjustments may be made in the future based on external assignments and job performance
• Simple office environment
