TENDER NOTICE FOR AUDIT SERVICES
Association d’Exécution des Travaux d’Intérêt Public (ASSETIP) is a legally registered Local Non-Governmental Organization operating in Rwanda. ASSETIP seeks to engage a qualified and experienced audit firm to conduct independent audits for its financial statements for the three consecutive fiscal years starting from 2025. The selected audit firm will sign a framework contract for three years, with service order issued for each year to be audited.
Bidders are required to provide technical and financial proposals for the audits service.
The selected audit firm will be responsible for:
- Conducting an independent financial audit for the fiscal years 2025 ,2026 and 2027 and in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA).
- Assessing ASSETIP’s financial statements, internal controls, and compliance with regulations.
- Identifying potential financial risks and providing recommendations for improvement.
- Submitting a comprehensive audit report, including findings and recommendations, within the agreed time frame.
Interested audit firms must meet the following requirements:
- Be legally registered in Rwanda.
- Be authorized to sign and issue an audit report.
- Have at least four (4) years of experience in auditing.
- Have successfully conducted at least four (4) audits.
- Have experience conducting at least two (2) audits for national NGO.
- Provide a valid tax clearance certificate issued by Rwanda Revenue Authority (RRA).
- Provide a valid clearance certificate from Rwanda Social Security Board (RSSB).
- Interested firms must submit both technical and financial proposals in a sealed envelope clearly marked:
“Tender for Audit Services – ASSETIP”. - The envelope must contain two separate sealed envelopes:
- Technical Proposal
- Financial Proposal
- Submissions must be delivered to ASSETIP’s Central Secretariat, located in Remera, Boulevard de l’Umuganda, Global House, no later than February 2nd, 2026, at 10:00 AM local time.
