Required Qualification & Professional Experience

Human Resource Officer in charge of Performance & Development (1)

– Coordinate performance management and appraisals.
– Guide supervisors and employees on KPIs and objectives.
– Analyze performance and training data for decision-making.
– Conduct training needs assessments and develop capacity plans.
– Maintain competency matrix and support career development.
– Promote performance culture and ensure HR policy compliance.

– Knowledge of performance management and training systems.
– Analytical and advisory skills.
– Good understanding of labour laws.

– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management.

– 3 years plus of relevant professional experience.
