1. Senior Manager, Reconciliation & Settlement – Mobile Money Rwanda Limited
Deadline: 25 December 2025
Mission / Core Purpose
The Senior Manager, Reconciliation & Settlement is responsible for overseeing accurate verification and settlement of financial transactions across all mobile money channels. The role ensures strong financial controls, timely resolution of discrepancies, effective liquidity management, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
-
Oversee end-to-end settlement operations across all digital and mobile money channels
-
Ensure reconciliation accuracy, exception management, and timely closure of variances
-
Strengthen controls and automate reconciliation and settlement processes
-
Manage central operations, float adequacy, and liquidity forecasting
-
Safeguard trust accounts and ensure regulatory compliance
-
Maintain short-, medium-, and long-term liquidity models
-
Optimize bank positions and manage liquidity buffers
-
Oversee ecosystem floats for agents, merchants, and partners
-
Liaise with banks, aggregators, regulators, and major partners
-
Lead resolution of disputes and settlement breakdowns
-
Provide reports and insights to CFO, Audit, and Risk Committees
-
Lead and develop reconciliation, settlement, and central operations teams
Experience
-
Minimum of 5 years’ experience handling trust funds
-
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Education
-
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Technology, Statistics, or related field
-
Master’s degree and/or professional qualification (ACCA, CFA, CPA) is an added advantage
2. Senior Manager, Revenue Assurance – Mobile Money Rwanda Limited
Deadline: 25 December 2025
Mission / Core Purpose
The Senior Manager, Revenue Assurance is responsible for protecting and maximizing organizational revenue by identifying risks, preventing revenue leakage, and ensuring accurate billing and collections across all revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities
-
Monitor financial transactions and revenue streams through reconciliations
-
Identify anomalies, discrepancies, and revenue leakage
-
Prepare revenue assurance reports for the CFO and stakeholders
-
Oversee commissions and incentives validation and payment
-
Develop dashboards and financial visualizations
-
Lead end-to-end Revenue Assurance function
-
Implement internal controls and process improvements
-
Support internal and external audits
-
Lead and develop a high-performing Revenue Assurance team
Experience
-
7–10 years of experience in Revenue Assurance, preferably in fintech
-
Proven experience leading RA teams or fraud analytics programs
-
Strong knowledge of digital financial services and complex revenue ecosystems
Education
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
-
Professional certifications (CRMA, CISA, ACCA, RA certification) are an added advantage
3. Manager, Financial Reporting – Mobile Money Rwanda Limited
Deadline: 25 December 2025
Mission / Core Purpose
The Manager, Financial Reporting ensures accurate, compliant, and timely financial reporting while supporting strategic decision-making and maintaining strong internal controls.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare IFRS-compliant monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
-
Lead technical accounting reviews for new products and complex transactions
-
Prepare technical accounting position papers
-
Coordinate group consolidation and intercompany reconciliations
-
Act as the primary contact for internal and external auditors
-
Improve month-end close processes and financial controls
Experience
-
4–7 years of experience in financial reporting, technical accounting, or audit
-
Strong experience in IFRS and complex accounting matters
-
Telecom, fintech, banking, or financial services experience is an advantage
Education
-
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
-
Professional qualification ACCA, CPA, or CFA (mandatory)
4. Head of Human Resources – Mobile Money Rwanda Limited
Deadline: 25 December 2025
Mission / Core Purpose
The Head of Human Resources leads and owns the HR strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives while driving employee experience, talent management, and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategy aligned with business goals

Lead talent sourcing, onboarding, performance management, and training
-
Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR policies
-
Manage compensation, rewards, and employee relations
-
Act as a strategic advisor to executive leadership
-
Oversee HR budgets and operational excellence
-
Drive culture, collaboration, and employee engagement
Experience
-
8–12 years of relevant experience, with 3–5 years in leadership
-
Experience in fintech, banking, or financial services preferred
-
Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices
Education
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
-
Chartered HR certification (CHRA, CHRP, CIPD)
-
Master’s degree in HR is an added advantage
