UNO Petroleum Rwanda Ltd is seeking qualified and motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as Petrol Station Managers
Job Location: Various stations across Rwanda

Job Summary:
The Petrol Station Manager will be responsible for the efficient and safe operation of the petrol station. This includes overseeing daily sales, supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining stock records, and enforcing company policies and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day station operations.
- Supervise and train pump attendants and other staff.
- Monitor fuel and lubricant stock levels, prepare orders, and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Handle cash management, daily sales reconciliation, and reporting.
- Maintain good customer relations and resolve complaints promptly.
- Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of the station.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in fuel station management or retail operations.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- High integrity and attention to detail.
- Computer literacy, especially in MS Excel and reporting tools.
