Description:
Rwanda Convention Bureau (RCB) is a private company incorporated under the laws and regulations of the Republic of Rwanda, with a mandate to market and promote Rwanda as a Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) destination; identify MICE investment opportunities; and coordinate all Government of Rwanda (GoR) events in collaboration with key stakeholders.
To enhance financial accountability and ensure adherence to applicable standards, RCB seeks to hire an experienced and qualified consultancy firm to provide external audit services for the financial year 2025.
Participation:
Participation is open on equal conditions to all willing and qualified bidders. A tender document with detailed Terms of Reference (ToR) may be obtained by interested and eligible bidders on any working day from Tuesday, 22 October 2025, at the Procurement Office, RCB Headquarters (RDB Building, 5th floor) upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of RWF 10,000, payable on RCB Account No. 0009507728806-72 opened at Bank of Kigali (BK).

Bidders must submit one original printed proposal, properly bound in a sealed envelope clearly indicating:

All submissions must reach the RCB Procurement Office no later than Friday, 7 November 2025 at 10:00 AM local time.
Opening of Bids:
Bids will be opened immediately in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend. Late bids will be rejected.
