Job Summary
The Guest Relations Manager will serve as the key liaison between guests and the restaurant, ensuring every interaction is seamless, personalized, and memorable. You will handle VIP and high-profile guests, oversee reservations, and create a culture of genuine hospitality that transforms first-time visitors into loyal patrons.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience & Relationship Management

Serve as the primary contact for VIP guests and special event clients before, during, and after visits.

Proactively manage the entire guest journey, from booking to post-visit follow-up.

Create and maintain guest profiles with preferences and special requirements.

Personally welcome key guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their experience.

Handle complaints and delicate issues with professionalism, confidentiality, and tact.
Personalized Hospitality

Design and execute customized touches—special menus, surprises, and celebrations for guests’ milestones.

Maintain a personalized communication system (thank-you emails, follow-ups, etc.).

Work with the culinary and service teams to ensure flawless guest experiences.
Reservation & Table Management

Oversee the reservation system and table allocations to balance guest flow and maximize revenue.

Manage high-demand bookings, waitlists, and seating logistics with grace and diplomacy.

Utilize reservation data to identify repeat guests, preferences, and trends.
Guest Feedback & Retention

Monitor guest feedback via review sites and surveys.

Identify opportunities for service improvement.

Develop strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.

Support private dining and special event planning when required.
Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in guest-facing or luxury hospitality roles.

Expertise in reservation and table management systems.

Proven record in building relationships with VIP and high-profile clients.

Excellent communication, poise, and professional presentation.

Strong problem-solving and emotional intelligence under pressure.

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ideal Candidate Profile

Genuine passion for fine dining, wine, and personalized hospitality.

Multilingual ability (an added advantage).

Familiarity with CRM systems for managing guest data and communication.
