Job Summary

The Food & Beverage Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of RUGC’s food and beverage outlets, including the Sports Bar, Champagne Bar, Pool Bar, Fine Dining Restaurant, Cigar Lounge, Halfway Point, and Staff Canteen.
This role requires a dynamic and hands-on leader who ensures exceptional guest experiences, maintains service excellence, and supports operational efficiency across all venues.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations across all F&B outlets in compliance with service standards and operational procedures.
Collaborate with the F&B Manager to implement and maintain efficient policies and workflows.
Monitor outlet performance and provide feedback based on sales, costs, and guest satisfaction.
Train, motivate, and supervise F&B staff, ensuring teamwork and professional growth.
Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates.
Create and manage staff schedules for optimal coverage and cost control.
Ensure all guests receive high-quality service and handle inquiries or complaints promptly.
Engage with guests to gather feedback and continuously improve the dining experience.
Develop strategies to attract and retain customers through promotions and quality service.
Maintain strict standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
Conduct routine inspections for compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Work closely with kitchen teams to ensure smooth coordination and timely service.
Oversee inventory management, ordering, and cost control across all outlets.
Conduct inventory audits and report variances to the F&B Manager.
Monitor beverage stock, ensuring diversity and excellence, especially in the Cigar Lounge.
Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts for all outlets.
Analyze financial and operational reports to identify improvements and opportunities.
Implement revenue-maximizing and cost-saving strategies.
Collaborate with the marketing team on promotions, events, and themed nights.
Support planning of special events and seasonal menus.
Ensure compliance with all local food, beverage, and alcohol regulations.
Enforce workplace safety and maintain a healthy work environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
Minimum 3 years’ experience in food and beverage service, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of bar management, fine dining operations, and cigar service.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
Proficient in Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
