Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the preparation and execution of interviews and prepare related reports.

  • Draft and manage appointment letters and employment contracts.

  • Prepare and submit final recruitment reports to facilitate induction of new staff.

  • Participate in the development and implementation of the RSSB e-Recruitment system.

  • Regularly monitor manpower resource information within the e-Recruitment platform.

  • Establish general hiring standards across all employment categories.

  • Review quarterly recruitment and induction survey results and take corrective actions.

  • Manage contracts for contractual staff, including missions, transfers, and replacements.

  • Follow up on staff exit and termination processes and prepare reports for compensation purposes.

  • Participate in salary negotiations for newly recruited employees.

  • Conduct exit interviews to identify improvement areas.

  • Perform any other Human Capital-related duties as assigned.


Required Qualifications and Experience

Option 1:

  • Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition.

Option 2:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition.
