In this role, you will design and implement technology training programs, promote digital adoption, and support change management efforts to ensure staff can effectively utilize technology solutions in their daily operations.
Key Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and implement technology training programs for staff at all levels.

Conduct needs assessments to identify knowledge and skill gaps in technology use.

Create and maintain knowledge bases, business process documentation, and training materials.

Promote a culture of continuous learning and digital innovation.

Identify and address technology adoption challenges and propose practical solutions.
-
Collaborate with the Technical Support team to ensure seamless troubleshooting during training transitions.

Gather feedback from users to continuously improve training and adoption methodologies.

Analyze and report on technology adoption metrics and provide actionable insights.

Perform any other related duties as assigned by the manager.
Required Qualifications and Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Information Technology, Business Administration, Education, or equivalent experience).

Preferably 2 years of experience in technology training, change management, or technology adoption roles.

Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
-
Experience with developing and delivering training materials and programs.

Familiarity with various enterprise technologies, systems, and processes (ERP, CRM, document management, collaboration tools).
