In this pivotal advisory role, you will work closely with the Chief Human Capital Officer to provide strategic, analytical, and technical support on human capital management initiatives. The role demands a results-oriented professional with a deep understanding of HR systems, performance management, and organizational development.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic advice and technical input to the Chief Human Capital Officer on all HR-related matters.

  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies, frameworks, and strategies.

  • Lead or support initiatives that drive employee engagement, performance, and retention.

  • Advise on talent management, skills development, and succession planning.

  • Review and analyze performance management systems to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance organizational effectiveness and workforce planning.

  • Support career development, capacity-building programs, and HR technology integration.

  • Conduct research and benchmarking on best HR practices to inform decision-making.


Required Qualifications and Experience

Option 1:

  • Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in HR management, performance management, or organizational development.

Option 2:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.

  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in Performance Management or a related field.

Additional Requirements:

  • Proven understanding of performance management tools and KPI setting.
