As the Senior Officer, Performance Management, you will play a key role in driving employee performance, organizational effectiveness, and continuous improvement across the institution. This is an opportunity to contribute to enhancing service delivery and ensuring that RSSB remains a model of excellence in public service management.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement the Performance Management Framework across all departments.

  • Coordinate performance planning, appraisal, and review processes.

  • Provide guidance to managers and staff on goal setting, KPIs, and evaluation criteria.

  • Monitor performance results and recommend development plans or interventions.

  • Prepare performance analysis reports to inform decision-making and organizational improvement.

  • Promote a culture of accountability, learning, and continuous improvement.

  • Facilitate training and workshops on performance management tools and best practices.

  • Ensure alignment between individual, departmental, and organizational objectives.

  • Perform any other duties related to performance and talent management as assigned.


Required Qualifications and Experience

Option 1:

  • Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, or a related field.

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in performance management or a similar HR function.

Option 2:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, or a related field.

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in performance management or a related field.
