Overview

AB Rwanda Plc invites bids from qualified service providers for the supply, installation, and maintenance of high-speed multifunction printers under a Managed Printing Services contract.

The service includes:

• Leasing of multifunction printers

• Supply of consumables

• Preventive maintenance

• Implementation of print management and device monitoring system

Scope of Work

• 54 black & white multifunction printers for ABR Kigali premises, Musanze branch, and other upcountry credit outlets

• 1 multifunction color printer for Headquarters only

Bid Requirements

• Bidders must provide their best (lowest) fixed price offer for the entire contract duration.

• Bids must be printed, sealed, and submitted in two copies (one original + one copy).

• Envelopes must be properly sealed and addressed to:
