Job Responsibilities
A. Driving
-
Drive vehicle for official travel and business, or as requested by Representative.
-
Maintain a high standard of service to both internal and external guests.
-
Ensure punctuality and safe transport.
-
Observe all road and traffic laws and regulations.
-
Follow safe driving practices, including local codes and internally agreed standards.
-
Keep driving logs and collect daily schedules.
B. Vehicle Safety Management
-
Keep the vehicle clean, tidy, and in good working condition.
-
Ensure the vehicle is kept secure at all times.
-
Conduct daily maintenance checks (oil, water, battery, brakes, tyres, etc.).
-
Ensure vehicle repairs are carried out properly.
Eligibility Criteria
-
Nationality: Must be a Rwandan citizen.
-
Age Limit: 25 – 45 years old.
-
Education & Qualifications:
-
At least 3 years of secondary school education.
-
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience with a clean driving record.
-
A certificate in mechanics is an advantage.
-
Certificates in First Aid, Basic Life Support, or EMT training are considered an added advantage.
-
Willingness and ability to undertake EMT training if required.
-

Language Proficiency:
-
Strong oral communication in Kinyarwanda and English.
-
French is an added advantage.
-

Demonstrated moral integrity and punctuality.

Strong sense of responsibility.

Ability to work under pressure within a team.

Flexibility and adaptability.

Additional Requirements:

Valid criminal record.

Medical certificate confirming eye acuity and mental soundness.
