1. IT Support & Helpdesk Officer
Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of IT support/helpdesk experience

Knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, and networking

Skilled in troubleshooting hardware and software issues

Fluency in English and either Kinyarwanda or French

Requirements:
