Role Overview:
Irembo is seeking an experienced, mission-driven Senior Product Manager, Service Solutions to lead the discovery, delivery, and success of digital services on our platform. You will oversee the design and performance of services, ensuring they are intuitive for users and efficient for providers. This role requires balancing long-term platform scalability with rapid business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead product discovery to identify key pain points and opportunities for users, agents, and service providers.

• Define and manage a clear, actionable product roadmap; lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality features.

• Drive service design and innovation, mentoring product managers and analysts to create efficient, user-friendly digital services.

• Own service performance metrics, ensuring operational efficiency and user satisfaction.

• Build and develop a high-performing product team.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of product management experience, including at least 2 years in senior or leadership roles.

• Proven experience shipping products or features that created measurable business impact.

• Strong problem-solving, technical understanding, and experience with platform products.

• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills.

• Data-driven mindset with experience defining and tracking key metrics.

• Leadership and people management experience.
