Job Title: Site Technician

Job Responsibilities

• Guide the community to implement landscape restoration activities (radical and progressive terraces, tree planting, trenches excavation, etc.).

• Conduct site inspections, document progress, ensure compliance with work safety standards, and report erosion control issues.

• Produce catchment rehabilitation and soil erosion control reports (daily, weekly, monthly).

• Monitor daily attendance of manpower and submit attendance lists every 15 days for payment processing.

• Follow up on the implementation of supporting measures, such as installation of rainwater harvesting tanks and supply of cows.

Minimum Qualifications

• Advanced Diploma in Agriculture Sciences – 1 year of relevant experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture – No experience required

• A2 Certificate in Crop Production / Agriculture / Agroforestry / Forestry – 3 years of relevant experience
