What the Fellowship Offers

In-person Training in Washington, D.C.
A two-week intensive featuring the Government Analytics course and the Public Institutions for Development Conference. For participants from ODA-eligible countries, travel, lodging, meals, and per diem are fully covered. -
Ongoing Mentorship & Project Building
Fellows receive expert guidance from the World Bank and UCL to design and implement a data-driven project in their home government institution. -

Who Should Apply
Ideal applicants are:

Nominated by their organization (up to 2 per institution)

Employed in central government or agencies at the mid-manager or senior analyst level

Experienced in statistics or quantitative methods (tertiary-level coursework)

Proficient in English and able to travel to Washington, D.C.
