The University of St Andrews invites applications for the International Undergraduate Scholarship 2026 for students with an Overseas fee status starting their undergraduate degree in 2026.
This scholarship is offered as a tuition fee reduction for each year of your undergraduate studies and is awarded based on financial need.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet two or more of the following requirements:

Demonstrate a clear case for financial need

Have previously received needs-based funding

Come from a socio-economically disadvantaged area

Have a physical, unseen, or learning disability

Be part of a minority group
Note: This scholarship is only for students entering their first year of an undergraduate degree (including direct entry to year two). Transfers from another institution are not eligible.
Application Process

Apply for admission to a new undergraduate course starting in the 2026 academic year.

Wait at least two working days to receive login details for the My Application portal.

Complete the scholarship application through the Scholarship and Funding Catalogue in the My Application portal.

Provide accurate and complete financial information, including gross annual household income (in GBP) and exchange rate if applicable.
