Introduction
The Rwanda Association of Local Government Authorities (RALGA), established in 2002 by the Districts and the City of Kigali, supports local government entities in fulfilling their responsibilities under Rwanda’s decentralization policy.
RALGA is seeking to contract a qualified transport company to provide reliable transport services to various destinations across Rwanda.
The contract will run for one year, with a possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance.
Submission of Bids

Eligible companies are invited to submit sealed bids addressed to the Secretary General of RALGA.

Bids must be submitted no later than 10 October 2025 at 11:00 AM at RALGA Office, Masaka Sector, Kicukiro District.

Bid Opening: 10 October 2025 at 11:30 AM (same venue). Bidders or their representatives may attend.

Late submissions will not be accepted.
