In order to obtain high-quality drinks, we focus on global sourcing, Machinery from China and France, raw materials from Germany, Brazil and China. The products of BINGO SUPPLY Ltd were more and more popular by Rwanda and around country. The feedback from the market and the passion of consumers has given us great confidence and encouragement. Therefore, the company expanded its scale, opened new production lines, and launched New Carbonated Products.

Senior Wholesale Sales Representative (Beverage/Beer/Snacks) – Kigali 

Core Responsibilities: 

  1. Develop and maintain long-term cooperative relationships with large wholesalers of beverages, beer and snacks in Kigali and surrounding areas.
  2. Responsible for the whole process of order follow-up, inventory coordination and account period management to ensure smooth supply.
  3. Formulate and implement targeted sales strategies to complete the monthly and quarterly wholesale sales targets.
  4. Collect market feedback, competitor dynamics and customer needs, and provide effective suggestions for company product adjustment and business expansion.

Requirements:

  1. 3-5 years of wholesale supply sales experience in the beverage, beer or snacks industry, with proven successful cases of cooperating with large wholesalers.
  2. Familiar with Kigali’s local wholesale market channels (such as Kimironko Market) and have certain existing customer resources preferred.
  3. Excellent negotiation skills, communication skills and market development ability, able to independently develop new customers.
  4. Proficient in using Excel for sales data statistics and report making; fluent in English and Kinyarwanda is a plus.
  5. Proactive, result-oriented, able to work under pressure and adapt to frequent business trips in the region.

Salary and Benefits:

  1. Competitive salary + high performance bonus have welfare of 18 days annual leave after working one year.
  2. High-performance commission: 3%-5% of the sales volume, with no upper limit.
  3. Additional benefits: Transportation subsidy, quarterly performance bonus, annual travel allowance and social insurance in accordance with Rwandan labor laws.
  4. Clear promotion path: Sales Supervisor → Regional Sales Manager.
