Job Vacancy Announcement – MISTER ROOF

Mister Roof Ltd is a private company based in Rwanda dedicated to providing high-quality roofing products, expert advice, and certified labor in accordance with industry standards.

To strengthen its team, Mister Roof is seeking a qualified and motivated Sales & Marketing Coordinator to coordinate sales efforts, support marketing initiatives, and foster strong relationships with clients and strategic partners.


 Position Overview

  • Reports to: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

  • Role Purpose: Support sales operations, enhance customer experiences, coordinate marketing activities, and build strategic partnerships to contribute to company growth and market presence.


Main Responsibilities

Sales Coordination

  • Prepare weekly sales dashboard reports on new leads, prospecting efforts, and closed deals.

  • Ensure daily updates of the CRM (Odoo) system and log key sales information.

  • Coordinate technical site visits, designs, quotations, and documentation submissions.

  • Maintain organized customer files and sales records (site visit reports, BoQs, quotations, etc.).

  • Track closed deals for bonus calculation.

  • Organize monthly sales meetings to share updates and trends.

Marketing Coordination

  • Coordinate weekly marketing meetings and follow up on assigned action points.

  • Manage the company’s digital photo and video library.

  • Support contact collection for newsletters and email marketing.

  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve service delivery.

Partnership Development

  • Identify and pursue partnerships with developers, architects, engineers, suppliers, and government agencies.

  • Monitor partnership performance and review outcomes.

  • Explore cross-industry collaboration opportunities.


 Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales and/or marketing.

Knowledge & Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of sales principles and CRM practices.

  • Understanding of marketing strategies, particularly digital marketing.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and digital tools.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Odoo preferred).

  • Basic project management and coordination skills.
