FXB Rwanda is Rwandan Local Non-Governmental Organization (NGO), whose mission to address the root causes of poverty as a means of securing children’s rights to survive, grow and develop and strives to be a catalyst for long-lasting positive change in low-and moderate-income among vulnerable families affected/infected by HIV/AIDS by supporting them to improve their social, economic and environmental conditions.

FXB Rwanda would like to invite interested and qualified companies/ individuals to submit their bid documents for supplying the below listed items to FXB Rwanda.

  • Fence materials for the fruits and tree nursery (Gakenke and Nyabihu):

Strong and durable wire mesh; designed to protect crops from animals and unauthorized access each of 200 meters

Lightweight, ecological seedling containers to support proper germination and early growth of crops before transplanting.

  • Nails of 8,10:

Galvanized and rust-resistant; used for construction and reinforcement of farm structures, including fences.

  • Mineral fertilizer (Urea): A solid nitrogen fertilizer containing 46% Nitrogen (N), supplied in white granular. The product must be compliant with RAB and RICA quality standards, with clearly labeled packaging indicating nutrient content, batch number, and expiry date.

  • Measuring tape:length of 50 meters, made of fiberglass or reinforced plastic suitable for agricultural use. The tape must be durable, flexible, weather-resistant, and clearly graduated for accurate field measurements.

  • Shade net rolls: UV-stabilized polyethylene shade net, providing 50–70% shading, suitable for nursery use. Durable, weather-resistant, and reusable. Supplied in rolls, black color, with standard width 2 meters minimum. Suitable for protecting seedlings from excessive sunlight, heat, and heavy rainfall.

The bidder shall submit the following documents:

  1. Price schedule/quotations detailing prices (VAT Inclusive & VAT Exclusive)
  2. Copy of the incorporation certificate.
  3. Rwanda Revenue Authority Clearance certificate

The bids documents in a sealed envelope, shall be submitted to FXB Rwanda coordination office located at Kamonyi District, Runda Sector, Ruyenzi cell, Rubumba Village, no later than Friday January 30, 2026, at 04:00 P.M

Note:

  • FXB has the right to cancel the tender in case the bidders’ prices are not consistent with market prices;
  • Please make sure you include your email address as it will be used in giving feedback on your application. Suppliers with no email address will not receive any feedback.
