Tender Title: Hiring firms for tents and accessories rental services under annual agreement
Description:
The Rwanda Convention Bureau (RCB) is launching a competitive tender to hire experienced and qualified companies to provide tents and accessories rental services under annual framework agreements.
Participation:
Participation is open on equal conditions to all willing and qualified bidders. A tender document with detailed Terms of Reference (ToR) may be obtained by interested and eligible bidders on any working day from Friday, 24 October 2025, at the Procurement Office, RCB Headquarters (RDB Building, 5th floor) upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of RWF 10,000, payable to RCB Account No. 0009507728806-72 opened at Bank of Kigali (BK).
Submission Details:
Bidders must submit one original printed proposal, properly bound and sealed, clearly indicating:

The title of the tender

The bidder’s name
A soft copy on an external hard drive must also be included.
All submissions must reach the RCB Procurement Office no later than Tuesday, 11 November 2025 at 10:00 AM local time.
Opening of Bids:
Bids will be opened immediately in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend. Late bids will be rejected.
