Role Overview:
Irembo is seeking a Data Quality Analyst to join the Data Analytics team. You will ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data across warehouses, marts, dashboards, and other data assets. This role is essential for building trust in data and enabling informed decision-making across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Validate data across systems and dashboards, ensuring consistency and completeness.

• Run QA checks, reconciliation scripts, and automated validations for data pipelines.

• Monitor ETL jobs and data refreshes, proactively flagging quality issues.

• Collaborate with analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.

• Track key data quality metrics and recommend improvements.

• Document QA processes and maintain continuous improvement frameworks.

Ideal Candidate:

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field.

• Experience in Data Science, Data Engineering, BI, or QA for data.

• Proficient in SQL and Python for automation and validation.

• Familiar with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Metabase) and data pipelines.

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and understanding of data governance.

• Ability to communicate issues clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
