About the Role
Build Centre is seeking a qualified CPA Accountant with hands-on experience in the building materials industry. The ideal candidate will manage all accounting and HR-related activities while ensuring compliance with financial standards and internal reporting procedures.
This position requires strong knowledge of Zoho Accounting and Zoho Inventory systems, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end financial operations.
Key Responsibilities

Handle all accounting and HR-related tasks, including documentation and filing.

Maintain bookkeeping records, upload documents, and manage invoicing.

Process bank payments, manage accounts receivable/payable, and control cash flow.

Oversee petty cash, fund flow management, and logistics control for goods.

Manage supplier and client accounts efficiently.

Prepare and submit accurate management reports.
-
Support auditors and ensure adherence to accounting guidelines.

Prepare budgets and forecasts aligned with company financial goals.
Preferred Candidate Profile

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.

Experience in the building materials industry is a strong advantage.

Proficiency in Zoho Accounting & Zoho Inventory.

Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Age range: 30 – 40 years old.
