Cardiff University is offering Master’s Scholarships worth up to £3,000 each, as part of a £500,000 investment to support outstanding students enrolling in eligible postgraduate taught programmes for the 2026/2027 academic year.
These scholarships aim to reduce tuition fees for deserving candidates pursuing a Master’s degree in the United Kingdom.

Each scholarship is worth £3,000, awarded as a tuition fee reduction.

For part-time students, 50% of the award is given in the first year and the remaining 50% in the second year.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the Cardiff University Master’s Scholarship, applicants must:

Be UK students (fee status must be confirmed before award).

Have achieved at least a 2.1 or equivalent in their first degree.

Apply and be offered admission to a Master’s programme at Cardiff University.

Be enrolled in an eligible taught Master’s degree or MRes Biosciences.
Note: Scholarships are not available for courses longer than one year (for full-time study).
