Demonstrated academic and professional competence, evidenced by a Second Class Upper Division qualification, at least two years of teaching experience, and one year of industrial exposure. • Develop training materials, and assessment tools aligned with CBT/CВА. • Supervise practical sessions, student projects, and industrial attachments. • Assess learners’ performance through formative and summative methods. • Maintain workshop tools, machines, and equipment in good working condition. • Participate in curriculum review and development activities. • Support applied research, innovation, and product development in wood technology. • Establish partnerships with wood industries and enterprises for student placements. • Keep accurate records of student performance, attendance, and materials used. • Participate in departmental meetings, planning, and quality assurance activities. • Contribute to outreach, exhibitions, or community service related to wood technology.
