Implement the District’s strategies and programs for the promotion of cooperatives, SMEs, and employment at Sector level

Promote the creation and development of new trading centers and markets

Identify, map, and promote tourism and business opportunities within the Sector

Conduct savings promotion campaigns and advocate for networking with microfinance and savings institutions
-
Facilitate collection and management of employment-related data at Sector and District levels
-
Oversee business development advisory services at Sector level
-
Gather, consolidate, and update aggregated and disaggregated employment data within the District

Provide land-related notary services in accordance with the law

Implement District strategies on land and infrastructure in line with national policies

Prepare and manage land data for issuance of land titles

Identify infrastructure needs at Sector level and report to relevant authorities

Monitor and follow up infrastructure works in the Sector

Implement habitat and community settlement plans

Examine construction applications and issue rehabilitation authorizations

Supervise settlement plans and building rehabilitation permits
