1) ICT Teacher (01)

School: New Explorers Girls Academy (NEGA)
Location: Bugesera District, Gashora Sector

Job Description

The ICT Teacher will deliver high-quality ICT education in line with the Cambridge Curriculum (Primary Level) and enhance learners’ digital literacy and practical ICT skills.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Deliver ICT lessons in accordance with the Cambridge curriculum.
  • Prepare lesson plans, schemes of work, and learning materials.
  • Assess learners and provide constructive feedback.
  • Integrate technology into teaching across subjects.
  • Maintain accurate student records and provide pastoral care.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, students, and colleagues.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in ICT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Recognized teaching qualification (PGCE, B.Ed., or equivalent).
  • At least two (2) years of teaching experience (Cambridge experience preferred).
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.

2) Nursery Teacher (01)

School: AL-SAFWA School, Kiramuruzi
Location: AL-SAFWA School, Kiramuruzi

Job Description

The Nursery Teacher will provide quality early childhood education by creating a safe, caring, and stimulating learning environment that supports children’s holistic development.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and learning activities.
  • Promote children’s cognitive, emotional, social, and physical development.
  • Observe, assess, and record learners’ progress.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and child-friendly classroom.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and school management.
  • Participate in school programs and professional development activities.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Advanced Level Certificate (A2) in Early Childhood Education.
  • Minimum of three (3) years proven teaching experience in the Nursery section.

3) English Teacher (01)

School: AL-SAFWA School, Kiramuruzi
Location: AL-SAFWA School, Kiramuruzi

Job Description

The English Teacher will teach English language skills and develop learners’ reading, writing, speaking, and listening abilities in accordance with the national curriculum.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons.
  • Teach according to learners’ abilities and learning needs.
  • Assess, record, and report students’ academic progress.
  • Prepare teaching and learning materials.
  • Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment.
  • Provide academic guidance and learner support.
  • Participate in school activities and professional development programs.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree (A0) in English with Education or English & Kinyarwanda with Education.
  • At least three (3) years of teaching experience (Nursery level).

4) Computer Science Teacher (01)

School: New Explorers Girls Academy (NEGA)
Location: Bugesera District, Gashora Sector

Job Description

The Computer Science Teacher will deliver curriculum-aligned lessons, develop students’ digital and problem-solving skills, and promote responsible use of technology.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver Computer Science lessons.
  • Teach according to the National Curriculum Framework.
  • Assess, record, and report on students’ academic progress and behavior.
  • Assign, mark, and evaluate student work.
  • Provide academic guidance and mentoring.
  • Participate in school development plans and activities.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science with Education.
  • Minimum of four (4) years relevant teaching experience.
  • Strong digital literacy, analytical, teamwork, and communication skills.

5) Entrepreneurship Teacher (01)

School: New Explorers Girls Academy (NEGA)
Location: Bugesera District, Gashora Sector

Job Description

The Entrepreneurship Teacher will equip students with entrepreneurial knowledge, innovation skills, and practical business competencies.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver Entrepreneurship lessons according to the national curriculum.
  • Prepare assessments and evaluate learners’ progress.
  • Guide students on career development and life skills.
  • Support school development plans and extracurricular activities.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Entrepreneurship or a related field with Education.
  • Teaching experience is an added advantage.
  • Strong mentoring, communication, and organizational skills.

6) Kinyarwanda and Kiswahili Teacher (01)

School: New Explorers Girls Academy (NEGA)
Location: Bugesera District, Gashora Sector

Job Description

The teacher will teach Kinyarwanda and Kiswahili while enhancing learners’ language proficiency and cultural awareness.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver Kinyarwanda and Kiswahili lessons.
  • Assess, record, and report students’ academic progress.
  • Assign, mark, and evaluate student work.
  • Provide academic and social guidance to students.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Kinyarwanda and Kiswahili with Education.
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.

7) Purchaser / Procurement Officer (01)

Duty Station: Head Office – Kigali

Job Description

The Purchaser / Procurement Officer will manage the procurement of goods and services to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality acquisition in compliance with organizational policies.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Source, evaluate, and select suppliers.
  • Prepare and issue purchase orders and monitor deliveries.
  • Negotiate prices, contracts, and supplier terms.
  • Monitor procurement costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Manage inventory needs and procurement records.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in procurement and supplier management.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
