Position: Sales Representative
Number of Positions: 2
Location: Remera, Gisimenti, KG 213 Street, TWIGA House, 1st Floor
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Purpose
To market and sell the company’s medical equipment to potential clients, including hospitals, clinics, and other suppliers. The role involves frequent travel within and outside Kigali to expand business reach and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities

Identify new potential clients and introduce company products.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
-
Stay informed about market trends and competitor products.
-
Maintain good knowledge of available stock and upcoming products.
-
Act as a link between clients and the company to ensure post-sales service delivery.
Qualifications and Experience
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Diploma in Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
-
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales of medical equipment or pharmaceutical products.
-
Strong understanding of the medical equipment market in Rwanda.
-
Fluency in English and Kinyarwanda (French is an advantage).

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

High integrity, attention to detail, and professionalism.
Preferred Candidates

Experience working in private medical equipment supply companies.

Understanding of hospital-use medical devices.

Young, flexible, and highly motivated individuals.
Working Conditions

Frequent travel to meet clients outside the office.

Ability to set and follow personal sales objectives with minimal supervision.

Work Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, or as assigned by management.

Employment Type: Full-time
Job Purpose
To manage the company’s medical equipment stock, oversee receiving processes, and ensure all incoming and outgoing products are properly documented and handled according to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

Receive and inspect incoming stock for accuracy and damages.

Maintain detailed and accurate inventory records.
-
Organize and store items systematically (using FIFO – First In, First Out).

Conduct regular cycle counts and stock verifications.
-
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene within the warehouse.
Qualifications and Experience
-
Degree in Supply Chain Management, Nursing (with experience in pharmacy stock keeping), or a related field.
-
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in stock keeping of pharmaceutical or medical products.

Strong understanding of medical storage practices.

Fluency in English and Kinyarwanda.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

High integrity, reliability, and attention to detail.
Preferred Candidates

Experience working in hospital stock management.
