Since 2005, the Ministry of Health in Rwanda has partnered with PIH Rwanda (Inshuti Mu Buzima) to strengthen healthcare quality and expand access to underserved populations in Kayonza, Burera, and Kirehe Districts.
Tender Details
Partners In Health / Inshuti Mu Buzima (PIH/IMB) invites proposals from qualified and authorized domestic vendors to supply and deliver agro-inputs, chemical fertilizers, and crop seeds to Burera District under a framework agreement.
I. Preliminary Compulsory Requirements

The bidder must not be blacklisted or suspended by RPPA or Partners In Health.

The bidder must provide a detailed physical address (street, building, phone, and email).
II. Administrative Requirements

Proof of business registration in the relevant domain (RDB Certificate).

VAT registration certificate.
-
Valid RRA tax clearance certificate.
-
Business license tax (Droit de patente) for the last six months.

Operational business statement including stock and inventory details.
III. Technical Requirements
Bidders should refer to the Terms of Reference (ToR) available in the Partners In Health/Inshuti Mu Buzima e-Procurement System:

IV. Financial Requirements

Bids must be in Rwandan Francs (RWF).

All applicable taxes and charges must be included.

Indicate shortest delivery time after reception of LPO.

Specify payment terms (preferably after delivery).

Bid validity must be at least 120 days from submission date.
V. Delivery Terms (Incoterms)
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) to PIH Burera District Office.
