Role Overview:

Central contact for VIP guests, high-profile clients, and special events.

Manage guest journey from reservation to post-visit follow-up.

Ensure flawless guest experience, craft personalized touches, and handle reservations strategically.

Analyze guest feedback and implement strategies to increase retention.
Requirements:

2+ years in luxury hospitality or guest-facing role.

Expertise in reservation/table management systems.

Exceptional communication, composure, and emotional intelligence.
