Introduction

The Rwanda Association of Local Government Authorities (RALGA) is a non-governmental organization established in 2002 by all 30 Districts and the City of Kigali to support local governments in fulfilling their responsibilities under Rwanda’s decentralization policy. Officially registered in 2003, RALGA’s vision is to promote efficient local governance with full participation of citizens and stakeholders in development. Its mission is to assist local governments in achieving their objectives while upholding good governance and decentralization principles.

Tender Details

RALGA hereby invites eligible and qualified suppliers to submit sealed bids for the supply of office consumables.

Submission of Bids:

• Bids must be addressed to the Secretary General of RALGA.

• Deadline: 7 October 2025, at 3:00 PM

• Submission address: RALGA Office, Masaka Sector, Kicukiro District

Opening of Bids:

• Date: 7 October 2025, at 3:30 PM

• Venue: RALGA Office, Masaka Sector, Kicukiro District

• Bidders or their representatives are welcome to attend.

Note: Late submissions will not be considered.
