Our client, an African Fusion Restaurant located in Kigali, Rwanda, is seeking to recruit qualified, passionate, and dedicated professionals to fill the following positions:
1. Guest Relations Manager – Rwanda
Deadline: 13 November 2025
Vacancy: 1 Position
Main Responsibilities
-
Serve as the primary contact for VIP and high-profile guests.

Manage guest journeys from reservations to post-visit engagement.
-
Ensure flawless guest experiences and resolve issues discreetly.
-
Execute personalized touches like custom menus and event coordination.
-
Handle high-pressure bookings with professionalism and diplomacy.
-
Analyze guest feedback and improve retention strategies.
Qualifications
-
Minimum 2 years in luxury hospitality or guest-facing role.
-
Strong communication, presentation, and emotional intelligence.
-
Experience with reservation and CRM systems.
-
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Salary: RWF 250,000 (net per month)
2. Cleaner – Rwanda (2 Positions)
Deadline: 13 November 2025
Main Responsibilities
-
Clean, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors and dining areas.
-
Sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies.
-
Clean dishes, furniture, and service areas.
-
Report maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.
-
Follow hygiene and safety standards consistently.
Qualifications
-
At least 1 year of experience in commercial cleaning.
-
High attention to detail and hygiene standards.
-
Ability to work independently with reliability and discipline.
Salary: RWF 60,000 – 100,000 (net per month)
3. Chef – Rwanda
Deadline: 16 November 2025
Main Responsibilities
-
Develop and execute high-quality, creative continental and African fusion dishes.
-
Manage kitchen inventory and ensure food safety compliance.
-
Lead and mentor kitchen staff while maintaining smooth operations.
-
Contribute to menu design and culinary innovation.
-
Ensure hygiene, quality, and consistency in all kitchen activities.
Qualifications
-
3–5 years’ experience in fine dining or international cuisine.
-
Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food presentation.
-
Leadership and communication skills to manage kitchen staff.
-
Fluency in English and local language preferred.
Salary: RWF 250,000 – 350,000 (net per month)
4. Guest Relations Manager – Rwanda
Deadline: 16 November 2025
(This is a separate position for a similar role under another client restaurant.)
Main Responsibilities

Act as liaison for VIP clients and key guests.

Manage reservations and tailor guest experiences.

Lead guest recovery and retention strategies.
-
Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teams for smooth service.
Qualifications
-
At least 2 years in a high-end hospitality setting.
-
Strong interpersonal, multitasking, and presentation skills.

Experience with CRM and reservation systems.
Salary: RWF 250,000 (net per month)
