1. Fleet Management Officer – CHUK
Deadline: 30 October 2025
Responsibilities:
-
Develop and implement fleet management policies and procedures
-
Plan and coordinate daily vehicle operations
-
Manage pool vehicles, monitor usage, and report fuel expenses
-
Supervise drivers and ensure adherence to transport rules
-
Ensure all hospital vehicles are insured and roadworthy
-
Maintain vehicle service records and authorize repairs
-
Submit monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s or Advanced Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering
-
0 years of relevant experience (entry-level accepted)
-
Driving license (at least category B) is an added advantage

2. Archives Officer – CHUK

Responsibilities:

Organize and manage records (paper and digital)

Develop and maintain filing systems

Oversee transition to electronic records
-
Preserve institutional memory and ensure access to information

Respond to internal and external information requests
-
Train and supervise records staff
Qualifications:

Advanced Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Documentation, Archives, Library & Information Science, Office Management, or related field

3. Nutritionist (A0) – CHUK

Responsibilities:

Assess patients’ nutritional needs and develop care plans

Provide dietary counselling and nutritional education
-
Collaborate with doctors and health professionals
-
Supervise hospital food service and dietetic kitchen
-
Participate in research, audits, and quality improvement programs
-
Prepare monthly and quarterly reports
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition & Dietetics, Human Nutrition, Nutritional Science, or Public Health
-
Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience
-
Valid professional license to practice in Rwanda
