Position Overview

Position: Sous Chef
Number of Staff: 3

Responsibilities

Assist the Kitchen Manager in overseeing mass food production.
Coordinate workflow across all kitchen sections (hot, cold, starches, proteins, vegetables, packaging).
Ensure adherence to standardized recipes, portion sizes, and production timelines.
Coordinate with menu planners to ensure availability of raw materials and equipment.
Lead line cooks, prep cooks, pastry team, and kitchen assistants.
Support scheduling, shift planning, and staff discipline.
Ensure compliance with HACCP, ISO 22000, and RSB hygiene and safety standards.
Monitor CCPs including temperature control, cooling, reheating, and sanitation.

Qualifications

Diploma/Certificate in Culinary Arts or related field.
3–5 years of experience in mass catering or industrial kitchens.
Strong leadership and team supervision experience.
Knowledge of large-scale kitchen equipment and production planning.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Visit patients to collect feedback on meal quality.
Conduct Nutrition Education for patients and caregivers.
Maintain daily data reports on served beneficiaries.

Qualifications

Post-high school diploma preferably in Social Work or related field.
At least 2 years of experience working with patients or communities.

Position Overview

Position: Handyman

Responsibilities

Assist with minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical repairs.
Support maintenance of kitchen equipment, gas installations, HVAC, and water systems.
Conduct preventive maintenance checks.
