Rwanda Ultimate Golf Course (RUGC) is a private company created to position Rwanda as the best golfing destination in Africa and one of the greatest in the world. The first project toward achieving this goal is the Kigali Golf Resort & Villas, a real estate masterpiece designed by world-renowned golfer Gary Player. The facility includes a championship golf course, five-star Clubhouse, villas, and other luxury amenities.
RUGC is recruiting for the following positions:
🔹 1. IT Manager Rwanda
Reports to: Head of Facilities
Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Experience: Minimum 5 years in IT management within hospitality or luxury property
Key Duties:
-
Manage and maintain IT infrastructure (servers, network, CCTV, Wi-Fi, etc.).
-
Implement cybersecurity measures and ensure data protection.
-
Oversee POS, PMS, ERP, and CRM systems integration.
-
Support staff with training, troubleshooting, and IT projects.
-
Manage IT budgets and vendor relationships.

2. Senior Procurement Officer
Reports to: Procurement Manager
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, or related field
Experience: Minimum 5 years in procurement, preferably in hospitality
Key Duties:

Develop and implement annual procurement plans.

Lead supplier negotiations and manage contracts.

Ensure compliance with procurement policies.

Conduct supplier evaluations and performance tracking.

3. Procurement Officer

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Business, or Supply Chain
Experience: Minimum 3 years in procurement
Key Duties:

Support daily procurement activities.

Process purchase requests and follow up deliveries.

Maintain supplier communication and documentation.

Assist with reports and compliance checks.

Reports to: F&B Supervisor / F&B Manager
Education: Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality, Accounting, or Business Administration
Experience: Minimum 2 years in a hotel, resort, or restaurant
Key Duties:

Handle all guest billing and payments.

Operate MICROS POS system.

Maintain cash accuracy and reconciliation.

Support F&B revenue reporting and audits.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field
Experience: Minimum 3 years in F&B service with 1 year in supervision

Oversee operations in multiple outlets (bars, restaurant, lounge).

Train and manage F&B staff.

Ensure guest satisfaction and service standards.

Monitor inventory and assist with budgeting.

Experience: 2–3 years in income auditing or financial control

Verify and reconcile daily revenues across departments.

Investigate discrepancies and report variances.

Support audits and month-end closings.
