II. Key Duties and Tasks

  • Identify psychosocial cases and work with clients to find appropriate solutions

  • Manage all social services supplies and equipment within the institution

  • Prepare and submit monthly social activities reports to the direct supervisor

  • Advocate for clients to access resources that improve their well-being

  • Coordinate sponsors’ activities in hospital wards

  • Educate patients and families on behavior change and disease management

  • Organize and coordinate International Patients’ Day

  • Organize and manage support packages for patients

  • Conduct home visits for abandoned and disabled patients
