About the Organization
The Centre for Impact, Innovation, and Capacity Building for Health Information Systems and Nutrition (CIIC-HIN) is an organization dedicated to improving health and nutrition outcomes through evidence-based research and system innovation.
About the Role
CIIC-HIN invites applications from qualified and experienced candidates to join the Rwanda arm of the REACH-OUT Project as Data Collectors.
This position is ideal for professionals passionate about research and community-based data collection who want to make a tangible impact in health and nutrition initiatives across Rwanda.
Key Qualifications & Experience Required
-
Proven ability to quickly acquire new skills and adapt to diverse research tasks, including Key Informant Interviews (KIIs) and Focus Group Discussions (FGDs).

Experience in administering quantitative household surveys.
-
Demonstrated ability to handle and transcribe confidential data ethically.
-
Fluency in Kinyarwanda (essential for fieldwork) and a working knowledge of English.

Availability for the full duration of the assignment, including training and fieldwork.

Willingness to be deployed to one of the ten project target districts.
Academic Qualifications
Applicants must hold one of the following:

Nursing (A0 or A1)
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health, Clinical Medicine & Community Health, or Environmental Health Sciences
