As Senior Officer, Service Quality Assurance, you will play a vital role in ensuring consistent service excellence, developing quality standards, and driving continuous improvement across RSSB operations.
This is your chance to contribute to transforming public service delivery and promoting organizational excellence within one of Rwanda’s most impactful institutions.
Key Responsibilities

Monitor and evaluate service delivery processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.

Develop and implement service quality frameworks and performance indicators.

Coordinate service quality assessments and prepare improvement reports.

Work closely with departments to identify service gaps and recommend corrective actions.

Support capacity-building initiatives to promote a culture of service excellence.

Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and analyze data for strategic insights.

Ensure continuous improvement of service quality and client experience across RSSB.

Perform any other related duties as assigned by the line manager.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Option 1:
-
Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

At least 3 years of relevant experience in service quality assurance or a related field.
Option 2:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
-
At least 5 years of relevant experience in service quality assurance or a related field.
