Job Vacancy Announcement
Good People International (GPI) is an international development NGO established in 1999 to combat poverty and disease worldwide. GPI holds a special consultative status with the UN ECOSOC and works to create a joyful world where no one suffers from poverty, disaster, or disease by providing relief and supporting people to become self-reliant.
GPI Rwanda focuses on Education, Livelihood, and Income Generation through programs such as the Child Sponsorship Program (CSP), Community Development Projects (CDP), and Humanitarian Assistance Projects.
The GPI Rwanda Office is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Officer to join its CSP team in Nyamata, Bugesera District. The Officer will support program implementation, beneficiary communication, and project administration.
Key Responsibilities

Plan, implement, and monitor CSP activities.

Maintain accurate records and documentation of sponsored children and project activities.

Facilitate communication between the organization, beneficiaries, and stakeholders.

Prepare project reports and updates as required.

Handle office operations and arrange necessary documents.

Support the GPI Project Manager and other team members in daily tasks.

Nyamata, Bugesera – Rwanda
Qualifications & Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
-
1–2 years of experience working with NGOs.
-
Excellent communication skills (written and spoken English).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
-
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
-
Ability to work collaboratively with a team and local communities.
-
Self-motivated and proactive.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: Commensurate with GPI’s internal regulations.
